Where to Enroll Diploma Program on Real Estate Management

Looking for real estate education? The Chamber of Real Estate and Builders’ Association (CREBA) Inc., in cooperation with the De La Salle College of Saint Benilde School of Professional and Continuing Education (SPaCE) is now offering the first of its kind in real estate education since 2002.

Classes will be held for six consecutive Saturdays from May 23 to June 27, from 1:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the CSB School of Design and Arts Campus along Pablo Ocampo Street in Malate, Manila.

Resource person from the government, academe and private practice will discuss property development. The topics will also cover pre-development criteria for real estate projects; Project planning and development; administration and control of construction; technical aspects of construction; residential and townhouse subdivisions; high-rise and medium-rise subdivisions; strip malls and condotels; commercial and industrial estates; and more.

Discounts are available for CREBA members, government personnel, DLSU alumni, staff and faculty, early birds, and groups of five participants from the same organization or company.
