Tourism Job: How to Get Your Preferred Job

Tourism job is very in demand today because of the booming tourism industry. A new graduate can focus his/her sight into the many available jobs in this industry, whether in hotel, restaurant, ticketing office, transportation companies and many others comprising the sector servicing local tourists and foreigners alike.

If you want to get a job in the tourism industry, one of the best options for you is to participate and secure a Trabaho sa Turismo Card. To apply, you have three ways to do:

Attend the Trabaho sa Turismo Fair, Register Onsite and Meet the Employers
Pre-Register Online, Attend the Fair and Meet the Employers
For those not attending the fair but still interested to join, register online at www.tourismjobs.ph and your Trabaho sa Turismo Card will be mailed to you.

How to Register Online

Got to www.tourismjobs.ph to register online. Key in your login ID and password.
Click “Jobseekers Registration”.

Choose your employment status, whether you are:

a) New Graduates with No Work Experience

b) Employed

c) Others/Unemployed or with Previous Work Experience

The choice of employment status is important because it will determine your application procedure.

Enter your Personal Profile/Portfolio/Preference and Skills.
Fill out the blank spaces since all information are mandatory. The information you will provide in the online registration will be open to all employers registered in this site. Your personal information/application will be stored in the TourismJOBs database. You will be assigned a unique identification number (UIN) as your applicant ID.
Even after the JOBs Fair, you can still use your login ID and password to update your profile in the TourismJOBs databank in case you still want to seek other employment options.
