The principal of Nightingale International include a team from California Board Registered Nurse, California LVN executives, long-term care regional executives and US immigration specialist. Their Licensed Vocational/Practical Nurse program is a combination of theory, skills lab, and clinical experience prepared by experience California-based nursing educators.

The curriculum of LVN/LPN was developed by a team of nursing educators currently working as LVN education executives in one of the top three vocational nursing schools in the State of California. Program and curriculum developers form part of the executive team of Nightingale International.
