I am in vacation , my returned date as my guarantee letter on Jan 13, 2011. as of now i did not sign my contract i have to renew my seaman book as soon as i renew it then the signing of contract begin as it is one of the requirements . right now i am experiencing financial difficulties can i possibly avail a loan.
