Defining the Travel Credit Card with More Mileage – Citibank’s PremiereMiles program is now giving more mileage to every travelers spending. By using the one plastic currency that’s designed to redefine the travel credit card category, travelers can get all the benefits being offered.
Travelers can use their card to earn miles and choose from among five Frequent Flyer Program partners with the new Citi PremierMiles from Citibank, the world’s largest credit card provider. And the miles earn will not expire.
The Citi PremierMiles gives more mileage to your spending by partnering with Philippine Airlines’ Mabuhay Miles, Cathay Pacific’s Asia Miles, Singapore Airlines’ KrisFlyer, Thai Airway’s Royal Orchid and Northwest Airlines’ WorldPerks.
With the participation in three travel alliance programs such as oneworld, SkyTeam and Star Alliance, Citi PremiereMiles cardholders can redeem mile in more than 70 airlines.
Citi PremiereMiles comes in Gold and Platinum editions. Platinum cardholders will automatically earn two miles for P45 charged to their card overseas. Since miles do not expire, cardholders can store miles to redeem a trip, get a companion ticket or avail of a complimentary upgrade.
Cardholders are also entitled to a free travel inconvenience and travel accident insurance. Charge tickets to the card and get an insurance coverage of up to P10 million. Coverage begins form point of departure to point of arrival.
Furthermore, miss flights and delayed or lost luggage are covered by Citi PremierMiles. A minimum six hours of delayed luggage, for instance, will entitle a cardholder to claim as much as P10,000. If traveling with family, the claim doubles to as much as P20,000.
For lost luggage, those not found within 24 hours are covered for up to P30,000 of up to P60,000 when with family.
With one mile earned for every purchase of P45, Citibank’s PremierMiles program is the best deal to earn miles.
